Your purchases are returnable for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• If the product you receive is defective, simply send it back for a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Software is fully returnable only if it remains unopened.
• Products marked as non-returnable and software that has been opened, are excluded from this policy.  If a product is sold as non-returnable on the web site, you will be notified at the time of purchase.

In the event of a return, a copy of your packing slip must be included in the shipment. This packing slip gives the information needed to credit your account, and if not included in the package, it will not be possible to credit your account. In addition, it is important to use sufficient packing materials to ensure that the merchandise will arrive at our warehouse in good condition. To receive credit, the merchandise must be received in new, unused condition and must not be damaged in shipment due to improper packaging. We also strongly suggest that the return is shipped via a traceable method such as UPS.

When making a return, be sure to:

• Call or email to obtain the return authorization code and return address from the Supplier
• Include the packing slip to ensure credit
• Pack carefully with sufficient packing material
• Ship via a traceable method
• Ship to address obtained in the email/fax/telephone conversation

Credit for the merchandise returned will be issued within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
