The availability of the products listed on this website is monitored very closely. We will make every effort to fulfill the order in the time promised upon purchase. However, on rare occasions we might not be able to fulfill the order in the time that we promised.  If this should happen, you will be notified of the availability differences. Availability Messages and their meanings:

Usually ships within 24 hours - this product will ship within 24 business hours from the time of purchase.

Usually ships within 3-5 days - this product will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Usually ships within 4-6 weeks - this message means that we do not have the product in-stock, but we can order it from the vendor and it will ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

This Title is Not Yet Published, Scheduled to Release Day/Month/Year - you may purchase this book now and we will place it on backorder. You credit card will not be charged until we ship the product to you.  You can cancel the order at any time prior to shipment.

Shipping Time Information:

Shipment delivery will occur Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday deliveries are not available.  Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time calculation.

Example #1:

An order placed on Friday before 12:00 noon CST, requesting UPS Next Day delivery.

This order will ship on Friday, because it was placed before noon CST, and will be delivered on Monday.

Example #2:

An order placed on Thursday after 12:00 noon CST requesting UPS Next Day delivery.

This order will be shipped on Friday, because it was placed after 12:00 noon CST, it will be delivered on Monday.

Example #3:

An order is placed on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) after 12:00 noon CST, requesting UPS Next Day delivery.

Because this order was placed on a Holiday, it will be shipped the next non-holiday weekday.  In this case on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
